Bord Na Móna stands on the threshold of a new era. Building on the solid foundations provided by its traditional businesses, the Group has developed an ambitious strategy designed to sustain Bord na Móna into the future and continue to deliver enhanced value to shareholders.

The Strategy will:

• Optimise our traditional businesses and invest to strengthen and secure them where feasible.
• Progress our agenda for diversification into Power Generation using indigenous resources and renewables, Waste Management and Environmental solutions.

The implementation of this strategy is being advanced and a new organisation structure to reflect the new direction is being put in place.
