Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Promise
We are committed to developing your talent, skills and career
within Bord na Móna. To this end we offer a comprehensive graduate development
programme during which you will:
• Gain experience across a number of different roles in our Divisions,
managing challenging and varied tasks.
• Be assigned a business mentor who will guide and support you.
• Receive on-the-job training, guided by experienced professionals.
• Enhance your skills and competencies through specific training and
development courses based around the competencies that drive our business,
Behaviours for Success.
• In some instances have the opportunity to gain international
experience in one of our overseas offices.
The Graduate Programme for 2010 is now closed and we are no longer
accepting applications.
