Bord na Móna have increased our activity in the Energy supply space. Using biomass as a fuel requires storage, handling and diposal of ash. As a biomass supplier, Bord Na Móna are providing an integrated approach to getting our customers into the biomass pipeline. Bord na Móna have the expertise (0ver 75 years experience) to carry out the heat generation, power generation, operation and maintenance, fuel handling and fuel supply to allow your business to reduce your energy bills and improve your carbon foot print. Our ESCo solutions do not start and end with biomass, we can procure heat and energy from all fuel sources, gas, oil and solar, etc. District Heating, where heat is distributed to individual consumers from a central heating plant, is a suitable application to exploit our biomass procurement, handling & buring capabilities, and is a good application for burning a range of fuels to ensure an efficient, economic and secure supply of heat.
